I strongly believe Training imparts on us more benefits than merely physical. Self-Efficacy, or someone's belief that they are capable and succesful agents of change in their world is paramount. As a Strength Coach and Nutritionist, I have a passion for guiding individual's through the Training process and developing sustainable health-promoting strategies both inside and outside of the gym.
